  • (This was an in-person energy work session that I did right after Sacred Spaces Gathering.) "So when you put your hands on my shoulders, it felt like my body turned into a heavy liquid in a person-shaped bag and my legs were like noodles. Afterwards, everything looked a slightly cooler shade. Like whites a little more blue, greens and greys were more blue and warm colors were more muted. I had a really chill and safe drive home even though it was storming. The last bits of heaviness left and I felt kinda bouncy and giddy walking back to the car after a quick pit stop at the river along the way to get rid of something that had been affecting my energy (with the river’s permission, of course). So long story long, I felt good! By the time I got home I just felt drained, but I think that's just to be expected after a trip. Oh also breathing, I think I had been kind of holding my breath without realizing it and after your energy work, I was breathing deeper."
